A Refined Process from Concept to Completion
Every successful custom woodworking project begins with clarity. Our process is designed to ensure thoughtful design, accurate execution, and seamless installation — whether we’re building architectural millwork, built-in cabinetry, or custom furniture in Minnesota.
Phase 1 — Consultation & Discovery
We begin with an initial conversation to understand your space, goals, timeline, and budget expectations. For built-ins and architectural work, we conduct a site visit to take precise measurements and assess structural considerations. This stage sets direction and ensures alignment before design begins.

Phase 2 — Design & Specification
We develop detailed plans and refined drawings to define dimensions, materials, joinery methods, and finishes. For larger projects, 3D visuals may be provided to communicate spatial integration. This phase ensures everyone is aligned before fabrication begins.
Phase 3 — Fabrication & Finishing
All components are fabricated with precision in our Minnesota workshop using a blend of traditional craftsmanship and advanced CNC technology. Materials are selected for durability and performance, and each piece is assembled and finished with careful attention to detail.
Phase 4 — Delivery & Installation
Completed pieces are delivered and professionally installed to ensure proper alignment, structural integrity, and long-term durability. We coordinate final details, finishing touches, and walkthrough to ensure the project meets expectations.
Built for Collaboration
Our structured process makes collaboration easy for homeowners, interior designers, architects, and general contractors. Clear communication, accurate documentation, and disciplined execution allow projects to stay on schedule and meet design intent with confidence. Designers and builders often utilize both our CNC fabrication services and our custom architectural woodwork capabilities for coordinated project execution.
